This nearly 50,000 square foot building was renovated to provide office, restaurant and retail space, along with covered parking for residents and a promenade for pedestrians that connects 6thand 7thStreets. Its close proximity to Automobile Alley’s restaurants and retail make it an ideal location for all types of business and professional use.
As the lead engineering firm on the project, Johnson & Associates provided solutions for utility connections as well as detailed grading and drainage plans to account for the various elevation changes and drainage challenges that arise when renovating a historic property. By maintaining good communication with Lingo Construction, All ford Hall Monaghan Morris architecture, and the city’s private development departments, we were able to do our part in making the project’s vision come to life.
