Johnson & Associates provided the civil engineering for the renovation of a historic home in Oklahoma City to a modern bed and breakfast concept. The project required a transition from residential to commercial space with parking and a full-service café and lounge. It was important throughout the process to update the site to modern standards while maintaining its historic integrity.
