CONVERGENCE

Johnson & Associates developed the design of the public civil infrastructure for the Convergence Development located in the Oklahoma City Innovation District at NE 9th Street & Stiles Avenue. This development is expected to cost more than $200,000,000 and will include a luxury hotel, restaurants, offices, a three-story subterranean parking garage, and a public event center owned by the City of Oklahoma City. Johnson & Associates’ work included the vacation of streets, three-dimensional property division, the relocation of public sewer lines, the upgrading of the water system to serve the facility, storm sewer improvements, a traffic study, traffic commission approval, improvements to public roadways and traffic signals, utility coordination, coordination with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for access and utilities, franchise utility relocation, surveying and structural monitoring of adjacent buildings. The project was completed in quarter one of 2025.
