MAPS4 Oklahoma State Fair Coliseum

Johnson & Associates developed all civil design for the Oklahoma State Fair Coliseum located on the Fairgrounds campus in Oklahoma City at Gordon Cooper Boulevard & Delmar Gardens Avenue. This 5000+ seat Coliseum will replace the existing Jim Norick Arena and will cost more than $125,000,000.

Johnson & Associates’ work included parking analyses, construction phasing, demolition coordination, the relocation of public sewer lines, the relocation of public water lines, storm sewer improvements, utility locating & mapping, franchise utility relocation, surveying, and project video monitoring.
