The Pointe At Chisholm Creek

The Pointe at Chisholm Creek is one of Oklahoma City’s most popular destinations for restaurants, recreation, entertainment and shopping. A pedestrian bridge over a small sparkling lake connects visitors with the area’s many features, including walking trails, play areas for children, fire pits, community games and outdoor seating for the wide variety of dining options. As a second phase to the Chisholm Creek development, the Pointe expands on this one-of-a-kind destination for northwest Oklahoma City.

Johnson & Associates created a zoning document unique to the OKC area, integrating residential units with commercial and office development, negotiating with the City of Oklahoma City for necessary permitting. Our team also provided survey and public works assistance, conducted traffic studies, and redesigned three major intersections.
