For this project, a portion of the Lower Bricktown development tract was required to be carved out to allow for separate development by a third-party developer. There were easements and restrictions that were imperative to the agreement with OCURA and the City of Oklahoma City, as well as legal descriptions for cross access and other required permitted uses for the canal area. Topographic and ALTA surveys were performed for this 11 acre tract located along Reno Avenue.
